  • If any attempt to share the account or log in from multiple devices is detected, the administration reserves the right to suspend the account immediately without refund.

  • Personal Data: Student name, phone number, and educational stage.
  • Parent Data: Parent's phone number to send periodic progress reports.
  • Academic Data: Exam scores, lecture view rates, and interaction points (XP).

Copying, downloading, or republishing any content from the platform on other websites or social media platforms is prohibited. Any violation of these rights subjects the offender to legal accountability.

5. Technical Support & Contact

If you change your personal device (due to damage or replacement), you must contact the platform's technical support or the instructor directly to submit an "Old Device Unlink" request, allowing you to log in from your new device.
